The pre­sent stu­dy aimed to test the SBS of three dif­fe­rent CAD/CAM mate­ri­als for mil­ling and prin­ting after dif­fe­rent kinds of pretre­at­ment. Addi­tio­nal­ly, the sur­face rough­ness after per­for­med pretre­at­ment was ana­ly­zed. The fol­lo­wing stu­dy was con­duc­ted to test the hypo­the­sis that the SBS values for CAD/CAM mate­ri­als for mil­ling and prin­ting are com­pa­ra­ble after each pretre­at­ment.

Aimed to eva­lua­te the inci­dence of micro­le­aka­ge events (IME) and to iden­ti­fy the poten­ti­al fac­tors influen­cing the seal­ing abili­ty of the implant abut­ment inter­face (IAI). An elec­tro­nic search of MEDLINE (Pub­Med), EMBASE, and web of sci­ence data­ba­ses, com­bi­ned with a manu­al lite­ra­tu­re search was con­duc­ted up to May 2022. A meta-ana­ly­sis was per­for­med to cal­cu­la­te the mean values of the inci­dence of micro­le­aka­ge events. Sub­group ana­ly­sis and meta-regres­si­on were con­duc­ted to fur­ther inves­ti­ga­te the effect of dif­fe­rent varia­bles.

To sys­te­ma­ti­cal­ly eva­lua­te the chan­ge of hori­zon­tal buc­cal bone dimen­si­on (HBD) fol­lo­wing imme­dia­te implant pla­ce­ment in the maxil­la­ry esthe­tic zone within the first year and iden­ti­fy the key fac­tors that influence the amount of buc­cal dimen­si­on hori­zon­tal resorp­ti­on with dif­fe­rent pla­ce­ment and res­to­ra­ti­on pro­to­cols. A meta-ana­ly­sis was con­duc­ted to cal­cu­la­te the mean value of the hori­zon­tal chan­ge of buc­cal bone dimen­si­on around implants. For fur­ther inves­ti­ga­ti­on of sub­stan­ti­al hete­ro­gen­ei­ty and to iden­ti­fy fac­tors asso­cia­ted with hori­zon­tal bone loss of buc­cal bone after imme­dia­te implant pla­ce­ment, sub­group ana­ly­sis, and uni­va­ria­te meta regres­si­on were per­for­med to esti­ma­te impacts of diver­se varia­bles.

Rese­arch on osteo­ge­nic pro­per­ties of DDM-FG com­ple­xes syn­the­si­zed by demi­ne­ra­li­zing den­tin matrix (DDM) and com­mer­cial fibrin glue. Phy­si­cal cha­rac­te­riza­ti­on and degra­da­ti­on rate, the pro­li­fe­ra­ti­on and dif­fe­ren­tia­ti­on of MC3T3-E1 cells, and the fea­si­bi­li­ty of DDM-FG com­ple­xes were mea­su­red in order to pro­vi­de the theo­re­ti­cal basis for cli­ni­cal appli­ca­ti­on.
